Large Scale Artwork

This is a large-scale piece with rich, layered tones of yellow, mauve, and ochre. I changed from landscape to portrait orientation many times as I worked on this painting building up the layers . I worked down on the floor and up on the wall exploring different sized brushes and speeds to create a range of marks which were left or partially covered up.
